About these terms
These terms apply when you use konigincollections.com or claim a piece from us. By using the site you agree to them. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
One of one pieces and claims
- Each fashion piece is a single item. When it is gone, it is gone.
- You claim a piece by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram. A claim is confirmed once we reply to reserve it for you.
- A reserved piece is held for up to 2 hours. If payment is not arranged in that time, it returns to the rail.
Descriptions and photos
We describe every piece honestly, with measurements in centimetres, a condition grade and any flaws. Photos are taken in daylight and lightly edited, never to change a garment's real colour. Screens differ, so colours can look slightly different on your device.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenya shillings. If we ever list a price in error, we will tell you before taking payment and you may cancel. We share payment details in our chat once your piece is reserved. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or card details by message.
Delivery

Exchanges and returns
If a piece differs from its listing, tell us within 3 days for an exchange or store credit. See our returns and exchanges policy for details.
Cosmetics
Cosmetics are new products with a stated batch and expiry. For hygiene, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty. Please read our cosmetics safety note before first use.
Our name and content
The Königin Collections name, logo, photographs and text belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing links to our pages is always welcome.
Using the site fairly
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not use automated tools to claim pieces or scrape the catalogue.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free. To the extent Kenyan law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
