Patch test first
Before using a new product on your face, apply a little to the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours. If you see redness, itching or swelling, do not use it.
Allergies and sensitive skin
Read the ingredient list before you buy. If you have allergies, a skin condition, or are pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist before trying a new product.
Storage and expiry
Close products after use and keep them away from direct sun and heat. Do not use a product after its expiry date, or if its colour, smell or texture changes.
Hygiene
Do not share eye or lip products. For hygiene, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty.
