Where we deliver
Nairobi and Eldoret are our home cities, and we deliver across Kenya. Delivery outside Kenya is planned for later.
How it travels
- Nairobi: usually by rider, or collection from a pickup point.
- Eldoret and the rest of Kenya: by courier or parcel agent.
Fees and timings
Fees and timings depend on where you are. We confirm both with you in our chat before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Following your order
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the rider's number or the courier's tracking details on WhatsApp.
Missed deliveries
If a rider cannot reach you, we will arrange a new time with you. A second delivery attempt may carry a fee, which we will agree with you first.
Packed with care
Every order is wrapped in tissue and sealed by hand. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within 3 days if anything is wrong.
